As Inside Solution Advisor IBM/RedHat you will be part of the Enterprise Software Team responsible for IBM, Red Hat and Citrix related portfolio. We are part of the MultiVendor Business Unit which exists of 4 different Sales Teams, all with their own Vendor and Theme related Portfolio. All Themes and represented Vendors represent high-end technology solutions and Technology Market Leaders.

This role is the liaison between the dedicated sales team, customers, publishers, and distributor. Cooperating with our Business Development Managers, customers and suppliers/vendors, the Inside Solution Advisor will be able to guard and handle the customer (pre)sales cycle together with the Solution Advisor. When taking over this position you will have daily contact with customers and prospects, advise them about the latest developments. The main focus is on possible opportunities and upcoming contract renewals as well as positioning our Solution Advisors for more in-depth conversation about the specific specialism. Looking at all basic (proposal) request, you are qualifying the opportunity, add value and optimize the margin yourself, supported and consulted by the Solution Advisor as needed. This way you are the spider in the web for a sustainable relationship between your Team, our customers, the internal organization, and Vendor & Distributor.
